A new concept at Damac Hills in Dubai enables buyers to personalize multiple aspects of their homes
Damac Properties has launched a new concept at Damac Hills in Dubai that enables buyers to personalize multiple aspects of their homes.
The A La Carte Villas initiative includes offering choices on villa type, layout, landscaping, interiors, and furnishings.
The developer said in a statement that for the first time in the UAE, customers can get a bespoke real estate experience using Damac’s configuration app that allows them to design their homes based on their preferences.
Customers can virtually create their own homes by visiting https://www.damacproperties.com/en/alacarte/.
Starting at AED1,499,000, the 3- and 4-bedroom villas located at the 42 million square feet master development, Damac Hills, offer a range of customizable options in terms of plot size, swimming pools, exterior facades, terrace, furnishings, and interior schemes.
Available in both furnished and unfurnished options, the A La Carte Villas also feature large private gardens and gates for individual access to the sprawling community park.
Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president, Damac Properties, said: “With the ‘A La Carte Villas’, we are taking our customer-centric approach a notch up. Homes reflect the dreams and aspirations of those who live in them, and we wanted to create a platform that enables our customers to design every aspect of their own living experiences based on their tastes and lifestyles.”
As of the end of last September, Damac Properties said it has delivered over 27,400 units with a development portfolio of over 35,000 units at various stages of progress and planning
